Position: 340 m above seal level, with southerly exposure, overlooking the wide Tanaro Valley.
Soil: calcareous - sandy.

The Vine

Grape variety: Arneis.
Pruning: Guyot.
Density: 4,400 vines per hectare.

The Wine

Vinification: soft pressing; temperature controlled fermentation.
Colour: bright straw yellow.
Bouquet: fresh and fruity.
Flavour: smooth, delicate, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Serving: serve at 10°C in goblets.
Accompaniments: fish and shellfish dishes.
