The first things to catch the eyes of these curious visitors are the tidy rows and generous bunches of Nebbiolo of the Boschetti vineyards, on the hill which rises above the red roofs of the village houses and the proud, superb blackbirds of the castle of the Falletti family, a noble family of marquises.
The Nebbiolo vineyards of the Boschetti hill have belonged to the Gomba family for many years and the only Boschetti cru Barolo is that produced by Sergio Gomba.
If Barolo is the heart of the Langhe, Boschetti is the heart of Barolo.
