Happy New Sparkling !

Happy New Year ... and Happy Anniversary to Sergio Gomba. With 2017 it has finished the 40th year since Sergio started to bottle his wine and with 2018, to celebrate, Cascina Boschetti begins the distribution of the new "ROERO ARNEIS D.O.C.G. BRUT METODO MARTINOTTI MILLE-SIMATO" On the label we wanted to remember the anniversary and the production method: "The Martinotti Method". Yes, because we are proud to affirm the Italian Style of a sparkling wine making process patented in 1895 by the director of the Experimental Institute for Enology of Asti: Federico Martinotti. Eugène Charmat built and patented the equipment to produce sparkling wines with this method in 1910 - 15 years later.
